Non-Alcoholic Status: Our products contain 0.0% alcohol by volume, consistent with FDA regulations for non-alcoholic beverages.
FDA Disclosure: The statements made regarding these products (including ingredients like Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Ginger, and Turmeric) have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (California ARL Compliant)

If you choose our "Subscribe & Save" option, you are signing up for a continuous service.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval (e.g., every 30 days) and your payment method will be charged the agreed-upon rate until you cancel.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Notification: We will send you a reminder email prior to charging your recurring payment, as required by law.

5. USER COMMENTS, REVIEWS, & FEEDBACK

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Norris & Pearl Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. However, as we sell to consumers in other states, we acknowledge and respect the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence, including California and New York.
