Because Norris & Pearl is non-alcoholic, we are not bound by the restrictive shipping laws of traditional spirits. We ship our elixir directly to your doorstep in all 50 states.

Note: At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
2. PROCESSING TIME: We treat every bottle with care.
Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to pack and dispatch your order from our fulfillment centers.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Rate Flexibility & Transparency Because carrier rates fluctuate, our shipping fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, transparency is our promise: the exact shipping cost will always be calculated and clearly displayed for your review prior to checkout. You will never be charged a fee you did not see.
A Note on Weather
Our elixir is a natural product crafted with care. However, extreme heat or freezing temperatures can alter the spirit. During heatwaves or winter storms, we may briefly hold your shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We will try our best to notify you if this occurs.
Our "Arrive Perfect" Guarantee
We pack our bottles in reinforced, eco-conscious packaging designed to withstand the journey. However, accidents happen.
Damaged or Broken Goods
If your package arrives damaged or leaks, please share the following;

Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
Taste Preferences
Norris & Pearl is a complex spirit with the bite of ginger and the earthiness of agave. It is designed to be sipped or mixed, not gulped. While we cannot refund a bottle simply because the flavor profile wasn't a match, we value your feedback. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us—we treat our community like family and will do our best to make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, please check with neighbors first. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us.
